This Dashboard section contains detailed functionality for each User Role. This manual is designed to understand each user roles specific permissions level, functionality, and user view. Described below is each module and the modules corresponding user role (Admin, Manager or Associate).
1. Admin Services :
As soon as we open Dashboard we will be able to see our respective modules in it. This Admin Service Module is designed specifically for Administrator (Admin Role). No other role will be able to see this module as it is specifically for admin role.
1.1 Create System User : Admin can create User by clicking on “Create System User”.
Admin needs to fill all information as mentioned in above screenshot to create system user.
a) First Name
b) Last Name
c) User Name
d) Email
e) Password
f) Country
g) Title Role
h) ADD ASSET PERMISSION
Select which Role you want to assign to your user.
• Customer Service Representative and Manager Access
• Associate (Customer Service Representative)

1.2 Account Search :
Admin can easily search for a customer account whether he is a user, associate, manager or another admin.
The only thing admin needs to do here is fill in the two fields and click search as shown above.

You can search account by three types as mentioned below:
I) Enter Email Address in input field and select Email from dropdown and click on Search.
II) Enter Last Name in input field and select Last Name from dropdown and click on Search.
III) Enter Account Id in input field and select Account# from dropdown and click on Search.
As soon as you hit Search button. You will be able to see Search Results table as shown above.
• As soon as the search results appear infront of you. You can click on respective user and see their Account summary.
• You can even sort the user list by Email Address, Name or Account# if there are multiple users.
Both Admin and Manager’s will have access to this module. This Module has two sections i.e.“Create Customer “ and “Customer Search” which simply means that you can create customers as well as search customers with the help of this module.
2.1 Create Customer :
You can Add Subscription to particular customer.
a) Select Organization name and then select Asset Name as shown below:
b) You will be able to see Products associated with the organization and asset name you have selected.
When you Click to select a product it will take you to Account Creation page as shown below and you need to enter following details and once you fill in all information in the given form click “Create Account” to create account for customer.
2.2 Customer Search:
Admin and Managers can easily search for any customer’s account as shown below:
1. Type in relevant email address and select Email Address from dropdown menu and click search
In the same way you can search Customer Account by :
a) Last Name :
Type in LastName and select Last Name from dropdown menu and click search.
b) Account Number:
Type in Account No and select Account No. from dropdown menu and click search.
This Reporting Module is used only for Admin.
An Admin can check three different things under this reporting module. They are as follows:
3.1 Revenue: As soon as you select Organization and Asset it shows Revenue in two different ways for that particular asset as mentioned below:-

3.2 Subscribers:
Admin can check Subscriber’s reports similar to Revenue reports.
SUBSCRIBERS BY MONTH – You need to select product and then month and year and then it will give results for:

3.3 Access Overtime
This section gives you detailed report about Subscribers Access Over Time.
